Client background
BYL offers a provision of safe and secure supported accommodation for vulnerable young people from all areas of society. They are a new company of experienced directors in the sector and needed a business plan to raise finance with private investors and loan funding. None of the directors had the experience to write a business or test that the idea was not just viable but sustainable. In addition, they required a road map to from ground zero to set up and lift off. 

Our actions and solutions
We offered a full service from start up to staff recruitment to funding to operational plan.  We provided the business planning service including market research for the business and financial forecasts and potential business valuation. We provided job descriptions and specs for staff recruitment and other business documents required to effectively run the business. We also provided a marketing and financial plan with clear milestones that were dated. Effectively, this was a hand holding request. We provided business development services and contract agreement with service providers
