She has hands on experience of starting the business, managing its cash flow, liaising with manufacturers, marketing and selling on third party ecommerce platforms like Amazon and eBay. Ib has excellent administrative skills, has a masters in Human Resource Management and prior to setting up her own business worked within a corporate government organisation.
