His experience in advising business start ups, helping business grow, directing and managing operations, leading and driving performance & profitability initiatives in existing businesses and business planning is based on his years of practical experience of working within the industry. He works with micro, small and medium sized organisations within the Private and Third Sector. He has helped start up, grow and support organisations in the Retail, Finance, Consumer Products, Creative and Media, Information Technology and Welfare to Work Industries.
