As the Founder and Managing Director of RBSS Consulting Ltd, with an MBA from one of the premier league universities in the UK, Remi is a strategic and commercially focused thinker with extensive experience in organisational and strategic planning. His experience in advising business start ups, helping business grow, directing and managing operations, leading and driving performance & profitability initiatives in existing businesses and business planning is based on his years of practical experience of working within the industry. He works with micro, small and medium sized organisations within the Private and Third Sector. He has helped start up, grow and support organisations in the Retail, Finance, Consumer Products, Creative and Media, Information Technology and Welfare to Work Industries.

Remi has eighteen years experience of leading and managing at senior level within the private and third sector, sits as an Executive and Non Executive Director on a number of Boards and has a proven track record of delivering successful results in highly demanding, performance-driven industries.

SFEDI accredited Business Adviser with over 25 years experience in Management. Qualified as an Accountant with a DBA  and s post graduate qualification in Finance. Over 20 years practical experience in delivering Business Consultancy. Has over 20 years experience of helping individuals and organisations start and grow their business.

Extensive experience in advising start-up and existing Micro and SMEs with a number of issues including coaching, raising finance for growing their business and presenting their management accounts. After leaving the Royal Navy, Rayner joined Serco, a leading FTSE 100 service company in 1990 and progressed to become Business Development Director of Serco Defence (turnover about £200m). During this time, he tendered and started up business worth over £500m in total.

In 2004, he left Serco to work for QinetiQ as Marketing Director of the Managed Service sector (turnover about £250m) and to help in the transition of QinetiQ from an organisation in the Ministry of Defence to private ownership as a new company.

Bassey is a highly proficient Senior Business Consultant and Project and Programme Management professional with over 15 years’ experience of successfully delivering various policy and projects using PRINCE2 methodology. Bassey has successfully project managed a number of policy and IT projects including the implementation and embedding of national government multi-million pounds policies, programmes and projects across United Kingdom.

Bassey is articulate in using sound judgement, evidence and knowledge to develop business plans. He has prepared a variety of professional business plans which helped new and existing businesses to access funds and provided a growth strategy for them. He has in-depth insight into small and medium enterprises (SMEs). He has provided independent, objective advice and support which helped several new businesses to start up and supported existing SMEs to grow and develop.

Geoff has worked for various organisations in the business advice industry for over 10 years as a Business Adviser.
